Commercial, i n d u s t r i a l , and a g r i c u l t u r a l loans increased $22,000,000 i n New York City and $35,000,000 a t a l l reporting member banks. Loans t o brokers and dealers i n s e c u r i t i e s increased $10,000,000. Holdings of obligations guaranteed by the United States Government decreased $87,000,000 i n New York City, $26,000,000 i n the Chicago d i s t r i c t , and $118,000,000 at ail reporting member banks.
