Loans on s e c u r i t i e s i n c r e a s e d $28,000,000 a t r e p o r t i n g "banks i n t h e New York d i s t r i c t , and d e c l i n e d $23,000,000 i n t h e Chicago d i s t r i c t and $16,000,000 a t a l l r e p o r t i n g "banks.
