Commercial, industrial and agricultural loans increased $$0,000,000 in New York City, $16,000,000 in the San Francisco District, $12,000,000 in the Chicago District, $10,000,000 in the Boston District, and $76,000,000 at all reporting member banks. Loans to brokers and dealers in securities declined $$6,000,000 in New York City and $$8,000,000 at all reporting member banks. Holdings of Treasury bills declined $112,000,000 in New York City and $171', 000,000 at all reporting member banks, Holdings of "Other securities" increased $116,000,0u0 in New York City and $138,000,000 at all reporting member banks.
