Member "banks in Mew York C i t y r e p o r t e d a d e c l i n e of $93,000,000 in l o a n s and d i s c o u n t s and an i n c r e a s e of $44,000,000 in i n v e s t m e n t s , t o g e t h e r with r e d u c t i o n s of $122,000,000 in n e t demand d e p o s i t s and $31,000,000 i n "borrowings from the Federal r e s e r v e "bank, and an i n c r e a s e of $69,000,000 in time d e p o s i t s .
