Commercial, i n d u s t r i a l and a g r i c u l t u r a l l o a n s declined $20,000,000 i n New York City, $6,000,000 i n t h e Chicago d i s t r i c t , and $43,000,000 a t a l l r e p o r t i n g member banks.
