As a g a i n s t an i n c r e a s e of $12,000,000 i n l o a n s secured by c o r p o r a t e stocks and bonds, l o a n s secured by Government o b l i g a t i o n s show a d e c l i n e of $13,000,000 'and a l l o t h e r l o a n s and d i s c o u n t s , composed c h i e f l y of commercial and i n d u s t r i a l l o a n s , - a d e c r e a s e of $49,000,000.
