A net of $65 million of: surplus reserves were eligible to be carried
forward from the week ended June 11, into the week ending June 18.
On June 18, 1980, marketable U.S. Government securities held in
custody by the Federal Reserve Banks for foreign official and international accounts were $79,749 million, an increase of $704 million for
the week.

Net of $3,516 million, daily average, matched sale-purchase transactions
outstanding during the lates.. statement week of which $2,21.0 million was
with foreign official and international accounts. Includes securities
loaned--fully secured by U.S. Government securities.

Net of $2,033 million matched sale-purchase transactions outstanding at the
end of the latest statement week, of which $2,033 million was with foreign
official and international accounts. Includes $55 million securities
loaned--fully secured by U.S. Government securities.

and Branches of Foreign Banks.

Adjusted to include $207 million waivers of penalties for reserve
deficiencies in accordance with Board policy effective November 19, 1975.
