CONDITION OF FEDERAL RESERVE BAMS The d a i l y average volume of F e d e r a l r e s e r v e bank c r e d i t o u t s t a n d i n g d u r i n g the week ending J u l y 6, a s r e p o r t e d by the F e d e r a l r e s e r v e b a n k s , was $ 2 , 3 7 7 , 0 0 0 , 0 0 0 , an i n c r e a s e of $23,000,000 compared with the p r e c e d i n g week and of $1,407,000,000 comp a r e d with t h e c o r r e s p o n d i n g week i n 1 9 3 1 . On J u l y 6 t o t a l r e s e r v e bank c r e d i t amounted to $ 2 , 4 0 5 , 0 0 0 , 0 0 0 , an i n c r e a s e of $62,000,000 f o r the week. This i n c r e a s e corresponds with an i n c r e a s e of $126,000,000 i n money in c i r c u l a t i o n a n d a d e c r e a s e of $10,000,000 i n Treasury c u r rency, a d j u s t e d , o f f s e t i n p a r t by d e c r e a s e s of &71,000,000 i n member bank r e s e r v e b a l a n c e s and $9*000,000 i n unexpended c a p i t a l f u n d s , nonmembcr d e p o s i t s , e t c . , and an i n c r e a s e of $2,000,000 i n monetary gold s t o c k .
