Total b i l l s and s e c u r i t i e s were $103,800 000 "below the amount h e l d on January l S . The p r i n c i p a l changes i n h o l d i n g s of d i s c o u n t e d b i l l s f o r the week were d e c r e a s e s of $64,500,000 a t the F e d e r a l Reserve Bank of Hew York, $4,oOO,000 a t P h i l a d e l p h i a , and $3,900,000 a t Cleveland, and i n c r e a s e s of $15,200,000 a t Boston, $8,300,000 a t Chicago, and $6,900,000 a t S t .
