S. s e c u r i t i e s . Member bank r e s e r v e d e p o s i t s declirted $;SS.rIQ01o6o and cash r e s e r v e s $75,^00,000, while Federal r e s e r v e note- c i r c u l a t i t m . i n c r e a s e d $6J, 100,000 and Government d e p o s i t s $27,800,000. Total b i l l s and s e c u r i t i e s Were $23,100,000 above the amount r e p o r t e d a week ago.' Holdings of discounted b i l l s i n c r e a s e d $25,100,0b0 at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, $21,500,000 a t Hew York, and $5,4-00,000 a t Boston and dec l i n e d $21,200,000 at San Francisco and $8,400,000 a t Minneapolis.
