ACTIONS OF THE BOARD
The Board announced that Mrs. Leonor K. Sullivan of Missouri
has agreed to chair the Federal Reserve r s new Consumer
Advisory Council authorized by Congress earlier this
year. The Council will assist the Board in implementing
the Consumer Credit Protection Act and will advise and
consult with the Board on consumer-related matters.
Citizens and Southern Holding Company, Atlanta, Georgia, extension of time until December 30, 1976, within which to
open for business the offices located in Albany, Columbus,
and Rome, Georgia. 1/
