format for third-party payment information

Issued for public comment proposed revisions
to the official staff commentary for three of
its consumer credit protection regulations Regulation B (Equal Credit Opportunity
Regulation E (Electronic Fund Transfers), and
Regulation Z (Truth in Lending).
Amendment to Regulation D (Reserve
Requirements of Depository Institutions) to
index the low reserve tranche, reserve
