except Minneapolis, the decrease for Hew York City alone being 1,113 millions.
As compared with the corresponding week of 1919 aggregate debits for the
week under review show a decrease of 778 millions, a decrease of 795 millions
millions being reported for the Clearing House banks in New York City alone.
Average weokly debits for the forty-one weeks of the present year were 4,555
millions for New York City, as against 4,455 millions for the same period of
1919, while for 1U7 other centers this year's weekly average was 4,573 millions,
compared with 5,854 millions in 1919
