Revised figures:
Passaic, New Jersey: June 1949, 92,640; July 1949, 79,236; August 1949,
85,521; September 1949, 84,909; October 1949, 89,978; November 1949,
97,076; December 1949, 96,591; January 1950, 95,615; February 1950,
84,498; March 1950, 104,036; April 1950, 86,044; May 1950, 99,508; June
1950, 114,981; July 1950, 137,306; August 1950, 157,459- It was previously
reported here that twp formerly.reporting banks in Clifton were absorbed by a
reporting bank in Paterson, branches were established at their offices,
and their figures included with Peterson beginning with June 1949.
Actually, the figures were excluded from Passaic but not added to
Paterson. With these revisions both Passaic and Paterson figures
are on the same basis since June 1949 as they were before.
