R. 286 STATEMENT FOR THE PRESS For immediate release Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System June 9 , 191*3 BANK DEBITS— DEBITS TO DEPOSIT ACCOUNTS EXCEPT INTERBANK ACCOUNTS Bank debits as reported by banks in 27k leading centers for the month of May aggregated 60,708 million dollars.
