BANK DEBITS Debits to individual accounts, as reported to the Federal Reserve Board by banks in leading cities for the week ended July 18, aggregated $7»553.000,000, or 6 per cent above the total reported for the preceding week and 7 Per cent below the total for the corresponding week of last year. Aggregate debits for the l4l cities for which a separate total has been main tained since January 1919 amounted to $7,039*000,000, compared with $6,575,000,000 the preceding week and $7,610,000,000 the week ended July 19 of last year.
