FOE THE PRESS B-S06 Federal Reserve Board july ^ ^33 BANK DEBITS Debits to individual accounts, as reported to the Federal Reserve Board by banks in leading cities for the week ending July 12, aggregated $7,604,000,000, or 3 per cent below the total reported for the preceding veek, which included only five business days, and 24 per cent above the total for the corresponding week . of last year. Aggregate debits for the l4l cities for which a separate total has been ijaaintained since January 1919 amounted to about $7,131,000,000, compared with 17,323,000,000 the preceding week and $5,629,000,000 the week ending July 13 of last year.
