B-S06 Federal Reserve Board January 27, 1934, BAM DEBITS Debits to individual accounts, as reported to tlie Federal Reserve Board by banks in leading cities for the week ended January 24, aggregated $6,173,000,000, or 6 per cent below the total reported for the preceding week and 12 per cent above the total for the correspond'ng week of last year. Aggregate debits for the l4l cities for which a separate total has been main tained since January I 919 amounted to $5,743,000,000, compared with $6,100,000,000 the preceding rook and $5,122,000,000 the week ended January 25 of last year.
