banks in leading cities for the v/ce.': ended December 13 , aggregated $5 »923 »000,000,
or 6 per cent above the total reported for tiie preceding week, w-iicn included bat
five business days, and 7 p©r cent above tlio total for the corresponding ve&i- of
last year .
Aggregate debits for the l4l cities for which a separate total lias been main­
tained since January 1919 amounted to $5 j 5^5*000,000, compared with $5, 182,000,000
the preceding week and $5»--95*000,000 the week ended December 14 ot last year.
