Substantial increases are shown for all of the more important centers, the principal increases being as follows: New York City $4l4,000,000, Philadelphia $45,000,000, San Francisco $3o»000,000, Chicago $32,000,000, Buffalo $26,000,000, and Detroit $24,000,000.
