Commercial and i n d u s t r i a l l o a n s i n c r e a s e d a n e t of $90
m i l l i o n a t weekly r e p o r t i n g l a r g e commercial banks during the
week ending J u l y 21, 1976.
The p r i n c i p a l n e t i n c r e a s e s were $111 m i l l i o n in
l o a n s f o r s e r v i c e s , $79 m i l l i o n i n l o a n s f o r o t h e r p u b l i c
u t i l i t i e s , and $68 m i l l i o n i n a l l o t h e r l o a n s .
The l a r g e s t o f f s e t t i n g d e c r e a s e was $125 m i l l i o n in
l o a n s f o r commodity d e a l e r s .
