CONSUMER INSTALLMENT CREDIT
Consumar installment credit outstanding foil 91.7 billion in
December* following a 90.2 billion decrease in Novanbar. All major type*
of installment credit, except Mobile homes, posted dOClines in December.
For 1991 as a whole* outstanding consumar installment credit fall 1 percent—
the first yearly declina since 1958.
