The r i s e r e f l e c t e d s u b s t a n t i a l gains i n automobile - and o t h e r consumer goods paper and a l e s s marked i n c r e a s e i n p e r s o n a l l o a n s , p a r t i a l l y o f f s e t by a seasonal c o n t r a c t i o n i n home r e p a i r and modernization c r e d i t .
