Instalment accounts outstanding at department stores
continued to show practically no change during Llay. Compared
^Ith. a year ago, however, month-end balances were up IJ4 per cent.
The instalment collection ratio, estimated at 15 per cent, in Liay,
was unchanged from the preceding month but 1 point above a year
ago.
