ST. LOUIS --

The Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis and its branches in

Little Rock, Louisville and Memphis will remain open on Wednesday,
April 27, 1994.

The Federal Reserve Board of Governors in Washington,

D.C., will be closed on April 27, 1994, in observance of the national day
of mourning honoring former president Richard M. Nixon.

The Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis has branches in Little Rock,
Louisville and Memphis.

It serves the Eighth Federal Reserve District,

which includes eastern Missouri, all of Arkansas, western Kentucky and
Tennessee, southern Indiana and Illinois and northern Mississippi.
