Roberts, president, Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, today announced the pr~motion of Michael T. Moriarty to vice president of the Bank in St. Louis. Moriarty, who until his promotion was assistant vice president and assistant manager of the Bank 1 s Little Rock Branch, will have administrative responsibility for the Cash and Securities D~partments. He began his banking career at the Memphis Branch m 1961. After serving in various managerial capacities, he was transferred to the Little Rock Branch in 1965 as assistant cashier. Three years later he was promoted to assistant vice president and the following year was given the additional responsibility of assistant branch manager. A native of Childers, Texas, Moriarty holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and a master's degree in finance from Memphis State University.
