FED ECONOMIST TO SPEAK ON U.S. ECONOMY

ST. LOUIS -- Representatives from the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis
will discuss the national economic outlook and local banking conditions at
a Regional Economic Forum on Wednesday, May 10, 5 p.m., Holiday Inn, U.S.
Hwy. 79 at Ark. Hwy. 4, Camden, Ark.

Following a brief reception, Economist James B. Bullard will discuss
current economic conditions and Assistant Vice President Timothy A. Bosch
will examine the performance of Arkansas banks and Eighth District banking
trends.

Forum speakers will be available for interviews prior to the program.
