Stephen Barger and Edwin K. Page have been named to the board of directors of the Louisville Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis. Barger is the executive secretary and treasurer of the Kentucky State District Council of Carpenters, AFL-CIO, in Frankfort, Ky. He also serves on the boards of directors of the International Foundation of Employee Benefits, the Council on Postsecondary Education and Prevent Child Abuse Kentucky. Page is vice president, external affairs, for AP Technoglass Co. in Elizabethtown, Ky. He is also a member of the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce board of directors, a member of the Metro United Way Advisory Board and a member of the strategic planning board of Hardin Memorial Hospital. With branches in Little Rock, Louisville and Memphis, the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis serves the Eighth Federal Reserve District, which includes all of Arkansas, eastern Missouri, southern Indiana, southern Illinois, western Kentucky, western Tennessee and northern Mississippi.
