St. Louis, Missouri, April 21, 1995 - The Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis,
acting pursuant to delegated authority for the Board of Governors of the Federal
Reserve System, today approved the application of First Security Bancorp, Searcy,
Arkansas,

to acquire Farmers Investment Corporation,

Little Rock, Arkansas,

thereby acquiring Farmers Bank and Trust Company, Clarksville, Arkansas.
