ST. LOUIS - The Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, acting pursuant to delegated authority
for the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, today approved the application by
Bank of Bentonville, Bentonville, Arkansas, to merge with State Bank of Noel, Noel,
Missouri, and to retain State Bank' s main office and two proposed branch facilities as branch
offices.
