ST. LOUIS -The Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, acting pursuant to delegated authority
for the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, today approved the application
by Albany Bancorp, Inc. , Albany, Kentucky, to acquire 100 percent of the voting shares of
First National Bancorp of Columbia, Inc., Columbia, Kentucky, and thereby indirectly
acquire its wholly owned subsidiary bank, First National Bank of Columbia, Columbia,
Kentucky.
