Eighth Federal Reserve District:

T h e election of directors to succeed those whose term s expire D ecem ber
31, 1953, has been duly held in accordance w ith Section 4 of th e F ederal
Reserve A ct an d my circular d ated Septem ber 18, 1953. T h e results are as
follows:
W illiam A. M cD onnell, President, F irst N atio n al B an k in S t. Louis,
S t. Louis, M o., was re-elected by m em ber banks in G roup 1 as a Class A
director o f this bank.
Louis R uthenburg, Chairm an o f Board, Servel, Inc., E vansville, In d ., was
re-elected by m em ber banks in G roup 3 as a Class B d irecto r o f this bank.
E ach was chosen for a term of three years beginning Ja n u a ry 1, 1954.
