RESULTS OF ELECTION

St. Louis, November 19, 1935.

TO T H E M E M B E R BANKS IN D IS T R IC T NO. 8:
The election of directors to succeed John G. Lonsdale. Class A director,
and M. P. S turdivant, Class B director, whose terms expire December 31, 1935,
has been duly held in accordance with Section 4 of the Federal Reserve Act and
my circular dated September 19. 1935.
The results of the election are as follows: John G. Lonsdale, Chairman of
the Board, Mercantile-Commerce Bank and T ru st Co., St. Louis, was reelected by
member banks in Group 1 as a Class A director, and M. P. S tu rd iv a n t, planter,
Glendora, Miss., was reelected by member banks in Group 3 as a Class B director,
of this bank. Each was chosen f o r a term of three y e a r s , beginning Janu ary 1, 1936.
