RESULT OF SPECIAL ELECTION

St. Louis, February 15, 1938.

TO THE MEMBER BANKS IN DISTRICT NO. 8:
The election of a Class A director has been duly held
in accordance with the requirements of Section 4 of the Federal Reserve
Act and the provisions of my circular dated December 17, 1937.
The result of the election is as follows: G. R. Corlis,
Cashier, Anna National Bank, Anna, 111., was elected by member banks
in Group 3 as a Class A director of this bank for the unexpired portion
of term ending December 31, 1940.
