NOMINATIONS FOR DIRECTORS

St. Louis, November 15, 1924.

T O T H E M E M B E R BANKS IN G R O U P S 1 AND 2:
In accordance with the provisions of my circular dated October 1, 1924, in regard to election
of directors of this bank to succeed J. C. Utterback, Class A director, and Rolla Wells, Class B direc­
tor, whose terms expire December 31, 1924, there is given on the back hereof a list of the candidates
nominated for such directors, showing the names of the banks nominating them.
There is sent herewith to each bank in Group 1 a preferential ballot for use in voting on the
candidate for Class B director and to each bank in Group 2 a preferential ballot for use in voting
on the candidates for Class A director.
T h e ballot m ust be executed by the officer authorized to cast the vote and returned so as to
reach me w ith in fifte e n d a y s after its receipt. The polls will open on November 17 and close about
December 3, 1924, when results of the election will be annouuced.
