In Louisville, Kentucky, businesses will operate on “V oluntary D aylight Tim e” through the same date. Until th a t date local time will be one hour in advance of Central S tan d ard Tim e in both cities. T he Federal Reserve Bank a t St. Louis and the Louisville Branch will operate on local time. D aylight Saving Time is not in effect in the cities of Little Rock, Arkansas, and Memphis, Tennessee, and the branches located in those cities will continue to operate on Central Standard Time.
