On August 2, 1917* he was appointed Assistant Federal Reserve Agent, and on March 4, 1937, he became Cashier. He has served a3 Secretary of the bank since March, 1932* Last September he was appointed Liaison Officer to cooperate with the State Defense Savings Staffs of the district in the War Savings Bond campaign. Stewart is a graduate of Yeatman High School and of Benton College of Lav/, St. Louis. He is a former lecturer at the Y. M. C. A. School and tho Amorican Institute of Banking.
