RESULTS OF A U C T I O N OF 3-YEAR NOTES
The D e p a r t m e n t of the T r e a s u r y has accepted $ 6,500 m i l l i o n of
$ 1 1 , 3 3 5 m i l l i o n of tenders rece i v e d from the p ublic for the 3-year
notes, Series N-1986, auct i o n e d today.
The notes will be issued
A u g u s t 15, 1983, and m a t u r e A u g u s t . 15, 1986.
The i nterest rate on the notes will be 11-3/8%.
