The bonds will be issued November 15, 1982, and mature November 15, 2012. The interest rate on the bonds will be 10-•3/8%. The range of accepted ccnpetitive bids, and the corresponding prices at the 10-3/8% interest rate are as follows: Prices Bids 10.44% 99.407 Lowest yield 10.48% 99.045 Highest yield 99.226 10.46% Average yield Tenders at the high yield were allotted 70%.
