FEDERAL RESERVE BANK OF NEW YORK F iscal A gent o f the United States June 11, 1993 OFFICE OF FOREIGN ASSETS CONTROL List of Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Entities as of June 4, 1993 To All Banks, and Others Concerned, in the Second Federal Reserve District: Printed on the following pages is a List of Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Entities, as published by the Office of Foreign Assets Control of the Department of the Treasury (“OFAC”). As indicated on the last page, the list is designed as an unofficial reference tool to assist the public in complying with the various programs administered by OFAC and is n o t intended as a substitute for official listings published in the F e d e r a l R e g is te r . Please note, however, that the list does include currently identified blocked Yugoslav entities, even though F e d e r a l R e g is te r citations for them are not contained on the last page; OFAC intends to publish those citations in due course. In addition, on June 4 OFAC issued a list of 35 entities and 83 individuals that are considered Specially Designated Nationals of the de facto regime in Haiti.
