To All Banking Institutions in the
Second Federal Reserve D istrict:

At the close of business today, The Fallkill National Bank and
Trust Company of Poughkeepsie, Poughkeepsie, N. Y., and The First
National Bank of Spring Valley, Spring Valley, N. Y., each converted
into a State trust company, to be known as The Fallkill Bank and Trust
Company, and The First State Bank of Spring Valley, respectively.
The successor banks were admitted to membership in the Federal
Reserve System simultaneously with their conversions.
