To All Banking Institutions in the
Second Federal Reserve District:

The Comptroller of the Currency has advised us that a certificate
o f authority to commence business has been issued to P e o p l e s N a ­
t i o n a l B a n k o f R o c k l a n d C o u n t y , Ramapo, N. Y . This newly or­

ganized bank opened for business May 5, 1974, and, by virtue of its
being a national bank, has become a member of the Federal Reserve
System. The capital of the bank is $600,000 and its surplus $600,000.
