The Comptroller o f the Currency has advised us that a certificate
o f authority to commence business has been issued to L i b e r t y N a ­
t i o n a l B a n k , Hillsdale,

N. J. This newly organized bank opened for

business on July 28, 1973, and, by virtue o f its being a national bank,
became a member o f the Federal Reserve System. The capital o f
the bank is $600,000 and its surplus $600,000.
