As a result of severe winter weather conditions in
Western New York State, our Buffalo Branch is able to conduct
only limited operations.

Accordingly, there will be delays in

the presentment of cash items and noncash items, in the return
of dishonored items, and in the forwarding of advices of non­
payment of items payable in the Buffalo Branch territory.
