Fraudulent notes purportedly issued by
Central Bank of Iraq
We have been informed by the Central Bank of Iraq that fraudulent

promissory notes purporting to have been issued by the Central Bank of
Iraq have recently appeared in some countries.

The notes bear the signature(s)

of "W.B. Walker" and/or "Abd-El-Rasul"; no such persons are associated with
the central bank.
It is requested that anyone having any information concerning
such fraudulent notes immediately notify Carmine Gioioso of our Bank
Examinations Department (Tel. No. 212-"
