It is with deep regret that we announce the death on Saturday, July 22, 1978,
of KENT 0. PARMINGTON. Mr. Parmington was Regional President (Western
Region) of The Bank of New York, located in Buffalo, New York, and, since May 6,
1976, a director of this Bank's Buffalo Branch.
