To All Member Bank's, and Others Concerned,
in the Second Federal Reserve District:

A Federal Reserve System Compliance Handbook has been prepared in connection with the
System’s perm anent Consumer Affairs and Civil Rights Compliance Program, which was
described in our letter of March 1, 1979.
A copy of the Compliance Handbook will be sent to the chief executive officer of each State
member bank in the Second Federal Reserve District in a separate mailing. Others can obtain
copies of the Handbook by w riting or calling the Publications Services Department, Division of
Support Services. Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, Washington, D. C. 20551
(Tel. No. 202-452-3245). The price is $7.00 per copy, payable to the Board of Governors of the
Federal Reserve System.
