Evidence of the signing authority o f other Bank em ployees — including Bank personnel who have authority to sign correspondence and reconcilem ents and those w ho have authority to sign docum ents “per p ro cu ratio n ” or to sign on behalf o f the Bank as fiscal agent of the United States, G overnm ent agencies, or international organizations — may be obtained upon w ritten request directed to o u r H um an R eso u rc es F u n ctio n , or to the d e p a rtm e n ts o f th is B ank w ith responsibility for the activities to which the docum ents relate.
