EXTENSION OF FORM U - l

The Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System has
recently extended the expiration date of F.R. Form U-l, "Statement of
Purpose of a Stock-Secured Extension of Credit," by three (3) years,
until December 31, 1982.

The only change in the form is the expiration

date found in the upper left corner.
