CLOSING OF NEW YORK BRANCH OF
BANK OF NEW ENGLAND INTERNATIONAL

To All Depository Institutions, and Others
Concerned, in the Second Federal Reserve District:

We have been advised that the Bank of New England International, Miami, Florida,
will close its New York branch effective the close of business on June 15, 1990.
As a result, the account of that branch at this Bank will be closed at that time.
Effective June 18, 1990, we will return unpaid all cash and noncash items payable by, at,
or through the New York branch of the Bank of New England International (Routing No.
0260-0825-1).
For information concerning the collection of these items, you may contact the In­
ternational Collection Department of the Bank of New England, N.A., Boston,
